Refund and Return Policy

At Bostanten UAE, we aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We are happy to assist you with returns or refunds in accordance with the following policy:

1. Returns:

  • You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Items must be returned along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or sale items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return meets our policy, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days. We will guide you through the exchange process, subject to item availability.
  • Any price difference between the exchanged item and the original purchase will either be credited or charged.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at bostantenuae@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us process the claim efficiently.

5. How to Return an Item:

6. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We offer shipping within the UAE and delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. If a return or refund is processed, the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
